Pipeline (50) for the release of pollutants communicates with pipeline (30) for purified water and has an end located between first valve element (320) and outlet (120) of purified water. Circulation pipe (70) has a first end that communicates with pipe (20) for water inlet, and a second end that communicates with pipeline (50) for the release of pollutants.
