SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of locomotive non-pedestal bogies. Non-pedestal three-axle bogie contains a frame and wheel-motor units with axle boxes. Wheel-motor units are connected to the frame with the help of leads. Leads are mounted on brackets that are connected with elastic rods. At one of the ends of the elastic rods there is a spline connection with a sleeve, which is rigidly fixed to the frame of the bogie. Brackets are movably mounted on the bogie frame.

EFFECT: reduction in the wear rate of the wheelset flanges is achieved.
