SUBSTANCE: invention relates to an array substrate, a display device and a driving method therefor. In the method, a PWM signal is generated from a pulse generation circuit, a reference gamma voltage is received in accordance with the PWM signal, said reference gamma voltage is output to the source driver to control the display of the image, wherein the step of obtaining the reference gamma voltage includes the separation of the serial PWM signal into several parallel PWM signals; integrating parallel PWM signals as PWM signals having different widths; using PWM signals having different widths as control signals for charging and discharging a plurality of capacitors to provide a gamma reference voltage, allowing multiple capacitors to charge to different charge values; stabilizing the reference gamma voltage supplied to the source driver, wherein the step of obtaining the reference gamma voltage also includes the step of shutting off the supply of the reference gamma voltage that is applied to the source driver when the reference gamma voltage is reset.
