SUBSTANCE: banknotes collecting and recycling box includes a box body having a movable door body, the banknotes input, which is designed with possibility to receive banknotes; banknotes movement channel and the movement mechanism, located next to the banknotes movement channel banknotes input and containing driven by the external source drive roller, control roller, tightly pressed to the drive roller, the output drive roller, remote from the banknotes input and pressed to the control roller, flywheel impeller, located coaxially with the output drive roller; and a plate for the banknotes stacking in a stack, supported by a spring fixed on the bottom plate opposite the banknotes input in the box body, and made with possibility of sliding up and down, at that, the plate for the banknotes stacking in the stack and the first passage plate one end are located opposite each other, at that, on the first passage plate side facing the plate for the banknotes stacking in the stack, there is an elastic guide part, and this elastic guide part and the plate for the banknotes stacking in the stack form a Y-shaped passage, which opening is facing the banknotes movement channel input.
