MULTIFUNCTIONAL MACHINE FOR PROCESSING FECAL MASSES AND FOOD WASTE AND RELATED MEANS Russian patent published in 2019 - IPC C02F3/02 C02F9/00

Abstract RU 2682573 C2

FIELD: processing devices.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to multifunctional systems, equipment and appropriate methods for processing fecal matter and food waste. Fecal waste treatment system to generate electricity and drinking water contains a steam-driven power generation system, including a boiler unit, a steam engine and a condenser connected to each other, and a primary water circuit through which the primary water passes through the boiler unit, a steam engine assembly and a capacitor, the steam engine assembly generating electricity; a fecal sludge system that receives at least part of the electricity, produced by the steam engine unit, which includes the sludge drying unit and the sludge transporting system, designed to supply wet fecal sludge to the sludge drying unit, moreover, the condenser is attached to the sludge drying unit and is intended to transfer the primary heat to the wet fecal sludge for evaporation of the sludge from fecal sludge and for drying the solid fuel material contained in the fecal sludge; a water collection system connected to the sludge drying unit and intended to receive and condense evaporated primary sludge water for collection at the collection site in the form of pure liquid drinking water; and a combustion chamber system connected to a fecal sludge system and a power generation system boiler comprising a combustion chamber for burning dried solid fuel coming from the fecal sludge system, and providing heat to the primary water circuit in the boiler unit, the boiler unit providing steam for the steam engine.

EFFECT: invention provides multifunctional systems for recycling, while at the same time ensuring the production of electricity and drinking water.
