SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a device for heating and cooling a material. Device for heating or cooling the material to be heated or cooled comprises a first compartment for containing the material to be heated or cooled; second compartment containing a material with a variable phase state, which is designed to release or absorb heat that occurs when the phase state of the specified material changes, to heat the first compartment or to cool the first compartment, respectively; and an activating means comprising a phase change activating agent and a diaphragm that separates the phase change activating agent from the material with the variable phase state, action of the activating means leads to the rupture of the diaphragm, as a result of which the phase change activating agent can come into contact with the material with the variable phase state, to activate a change in the phase state of the specified material with the variable phase state, and the specified diaphragm is made with the possibility of re-sealing after its rupture.

EFFECT: technical result of the invention is to provide reuse of the device.
