FIELD: test technology.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to vehicle testing, in particular, to stands for dynamic testing of pneumatic tires. Stand for dynamic tests of tractor tires contains a drum mounted on supports, a drum rotating electric motor, a voltage inverter, loading devices located symmetrically to the drum on both its sides. Each loading device includes a traverse, a ram for creating a radial load, a test tire mounting unit and a force-measuring sensor. Stand also contains two additional asynchronous motors with a squirrel-cage rotor, two voltage inverters, made with the possibility of energy recovery, a controlled rectifier. Moreover, the pins of the voltage inverters are connected to the inputs of a controlled rectifier, powered by an AC network, and the output of the controlled rectifier is connected to the input of a voltage inverter, which is connected to the stator windings of the drum motor.
EFFECT: reduction of electricity consumption for the stand.
