SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to medicine and pharmacology, in particular, to new combinations of buspiron with betahistine or piracetam for the treatment of vestibular and non-vestibular faintness. Combination contains in effective amounts buspirone and at least one substance selected from the group including betahistine and piracetam or their pharmaceutically acceptable salts, at the same time, active ingredients are intended for administration in daily dosages: buspirone – 5–100 mg/day; betahistine – 16–1,440 mg/day; piracetam – 200–6,000 mg/day. Also a set for the treatment of vestibular and non-vestibular faintness was found out, containing instructions for use and a pharmaceutical composition for the treatment of vestibular and non-vestibular faintness, containing a combination of drugs and at least one excipient and / or one pharmaceutically acceptable carrier.
EFFECT: group of inventions provides an increase in the effectiveness of drugs for the treatment of vestibular and non-vestibular faintness due to the synergistic effect of the drugs combination.
