FIELD: small arms.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to automatic small arms. Arms comprise a barrel with a foresight pad and a gas chamber, a breech frame, inside of which moving parts - a bolt, a return-spring housing, a balance-beam are installed. Front ends of the return-spring housing and balance-beam have a shape of pistons that are inside the gas chamber and form a closed volume with the walls of the gas chamber. Carriage with two sprocket-toothed sprockets is installed inside the balance-beam. When the pistons of the balance-beam and return-spring housing are exposed to powder gases, said elements make reciprocal movements, synchronized by the carriage sprockets, relative to each other. Parts is returned to their initial state by a return spring mounted on the carriage rod. Rod is connected to a removable breech frame bracket. Return spring rests on the bracket and bolt carrier.
EFFECT: technical result is the improved functional and operational characteristics of hand-held automatic arms.
