MANUFACTURING METHOD OF COMB OF LIP SCREEN AND A COMB MANUFACTURED BY THIS METHOD Russian patent published in 2019 - IPC A01F12/44

SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to agriculture. Manufacturing method of comb of lip screen cutting a sheet material with formation of one longitudinal edge of the flat petals, and a ligulated projections for the formation of teeth of a comb. Bases of ligulated projections lie in line with the bases of petals. On the other longitudinal edge of the workpiece opposite the ligulated projections open grooves are made. Formation of tooth of fluted section is carried out by bending ligulated projection in cross section. Fluted section of the teeth is indented 1.5 to 6 mm from the base of the ligulated projections. Teeth are bent in zone of mentioned protrusion with the orientation to the convexity of their cross section in the direction of corresponding open groove.

EFFECT: group of inventions provides high aerodynamic characteristics and reliability of operation of the comb of lip screen.
