FIELD: agriculture.

SUBSTANCE: invention can be used in agriculture for the treatment and disposal of wastewater from livestock farms. For implementing the method, an alkaline coagulant – milk of lime, or a slurry of calcium carbide slurry is sequentially introduced into the wastewater, or a mixture of milk of lime and calcium carbide sludge up to pH 10–12 and acidifying agent up to pH 6.5–8.0 with release of the resulting precipitate. As the acidifying reagent is used a solution of ammophos in the following ratio of components (g/dm³): milk of lime in terms of CaO 1.2–1.5, or suspension of calcium carbide sludge in terms of CaO 2.0–3.0, or a mixture of milk of lime and calcium carbide sludge, respectively, in a ratio of 0.5–1:1–2.5, ammophos in terms of P₂O₅ 0.5–1.5.

EFFECT: method ensures the production of organo-mineral fertilizers with high concentrations of biogenic components, simplifies the process of preparation of the reagent, increases the efficiency of separation of wastewater into liquid and solid fractions while reducing the time of settling, improves the physical properties of the resulting solid fraction and reduces the content of heavy metals.
