FIELD: electrical engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the organization of the structure of a multichannel data acquisition device for sensors with an analog two-wire interface, installed on large objects and with a large distance from a measuring unit. Device contains a switching unit in which the common terminals of the odd-channel sensors are connected to a common wire of a cable and to the signal and power terminals of the even channels, the remaining sensor terminals are connected via cable to the inputs of the measuring unit, in which are connected via power drivers for odd channels with a positive power bus, and for even channels with a negative power bus.
EFFECT: mutual compensation of supply currents for sensors of even and odd channels flowing through the common wire provides reduction in requirements for increasing the supply voltage and allows to expand the range of transmitted dynamic signals from the sensors, which increases the reliability of operation.
