SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine and can be used for increasing functional capacity of patients with acute cerebrovascular accident (ACA) by ischemic type in carotid artery pool. What is presented is the introduction in the acute period in first 48 hours from the onset of stroke to the patient of the agent in the form of a treated neutral carrier produced by passing electric current under action of potential difference applied to current electrodes placed in the initial liquid neutral carrier, which is water or water-alcohol solution, difference of potentials is proportional to difference of bioelectric potentials registered – withdrawn from various points of brain – scalp surface of five healthy donors. Additionally, the agent is activated in successive multiple dilution in an aqueous or aqueous-alcoholic solvent in combination with external mechanical action – shaking each dilution according to homeopathic technology.
EFFECT: invention provides higher functional capacity of patients in said group of patients.
