FIELD: instrument engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to condensing boilers having a casing with a simplified assembly structure. Condensing boiler comprises a burner, a sensible heat exchange unit configured to absorb combustion heat formed in the burner, and a latent heat exchange unit configured to absorb the latent heat of the water vapor contained in the combustion gas, which has undergone heat exchange in the sensible heat exchange unit. Latent heat exchange unit includes: a latent heat exchanger, a first casing and a second casing. Latent heat exchanger is configured to perform heat exchange with the heated water flowing therein and absorb latent heat. First casing, in which the combustion gas inlet is formed, while the combustion gas subjected to heat exchange in the sensible heat exchange unit, flows into the combustion gas inlet, is made of a metallic material to surround the rear portion of the latent heat exchanger. Second casing, in which a combustion gas outlet is formed, adapted to discharge the combustion gas subjected to heat exchange in the latent heat exchanger, is molded from a synthetic resin to surround the front portion of the latent heat exchanger and is connected to the first casing. Casing seal is positioned between each of the connecting surfaces of the first casing and each of the connecting surfaces of the second casing, connecting holes of the first and second casings, to each of which a connecting element is connected, are respectively formed on the connection surfaces of the first casing and the connection surfaces of the second casing, so that the connection surfaces of the first casing, the casing seal and the connecting surfaces of the second casing are sealed to each other by the coupling element.
EFFECT: technical result consists in reducing the number of components of the casings surrounding the latent heat exchanger and simplifying the assembly structure to reduce manufacturing costs.
