SUBSTANCE: invention relates to information security means. Video filming of an object with a user-defined recording interval of a video file with modulated lighting, subsequent calculation of the hash function of that video file, as well as a hash video recording code and storage of data in the blockchain network are performed in the device. In the reliability test, the light source modulation code is analyzed and selected, wherein the obtained modulation code is compared with the modulation code recorded in the blockchain data units and when matching the found modulation code and the calculated hash-video with data recorded in the blockchain data units, it is verified that the event recorded on the video, occurred in time interval between time stamps of recording of modulation code and hash-video record in blockchain units of data.
EFFECT: technical result consists in improvement of reliability of recorded events using video files.
