FIELD: manufacturing technology.

SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to a strain-hardened component made from galvanized steel, a method for producing a steel strip suitable for strain hardening of components, and a method for producing the strain-hardened component from said steel strip. Strain-hardened component made from galvanized steel is produced in the form of a plate cut from a steel strip or a steel sheet coated with zinc or a zinc-based alloy, then heated to deformation temperature above Ac3 with deformation for its hardening and has at least partially structure with martensitic transformation. Steel has the following chemical composition, wt%: C 0.10–0.50, Si 0.01–0.50, Mn 0.50–2.50, P<0.02, S<0.01, N<0.01, Al 0.015–0.100, B<0.004, at least one element from the group of Nb, V or Ti, wherein the total content of Nb+V+Ti is from 0.01 to 0.20, the rest is iron and inevitable melting elements which accompany steel. Steel structure after strain hardening contains average grain size of the former austenite grains less than 15 mcm.

EFFECT: creation of the strain-hardened component, in which there are no microcracks >10 mcm after strain hardening.
