SUBSTANCE: lever further comprises at least one lug, wherein said at least one lug is made to engage with a notch in the mounting plate in the engaged position, in addition, the lug is able to hold the lever in a non-sliding manner when it is engaged with the notch. Explicitly, the locking mechanism does not comprise a second lever. Also a ski-binding is provided containing only one locking mechanism or made to receive only one locking mechanism, and a mounting plate for use with the locking mechanism is provided.
EFFECT: locking mechanism for ski-bindings is provided containing only one lever that can be rotated between the engaged and disengaged positions.
