FIELD: machine building.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to automation of technological processes during preparation and performance of ground bench tests of space-rocket equipment. Device consists of four controllers connected to computer networks of real-time control and synchronization and exchange. Controllers provide redundant implementation of test control program, for which they implement procedure for levelling operational data via SpaceWire interfaces, ring connecting controllers. Receiving information from a control object and outputting control signals thereto is carried out by alternating SpaceWire adapters in discrete and analogue input/output devices. Fourth controller implements during preparation of tests program of simulation of operation of control object, by means of CAN interface, by controlling a set of unified equivalents of sensors of different types, including inductive displacement sensors, and providing emission of discrete sensors imitation signals.
EFFECT: device provides higher reliability of tests with more complete control of functioning of control system.
