FIELD: valve industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to connector for connection of pipe element with flange to pipe element without flange, having segments that are connected end face to end and surround central space. Flange parts extend from one side of the segments. Each segment forms two channels, one of which receives a split ring to grip the pipe without a flange, and the other channel receives the seal. There is also a tube with a flange between the segments. Tube flange is located near segments flange parts. Seal engages with tube and pipe element without flange. Segment flange parts are connected by means of bolts with flange of pipe element with flange, and flange of tube is caught between flange parts of segments and flange of pipe element with flange.
EFFECT: invention improves joint reliability.
