Abstract RU 2685208 C2

FIELD: layered products.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a synthetic material-coated moulded product and relates to a metal pipe comprising a hydrolysis-resistant layer of polyamide moulding material, and to the use of a pipe for transporting a hydrolysing active medium. Metal pipe comprises a layer of polyamide moulding material, which comprises at least 50 wt. % polyamide fragment, which consists of the following components: I) from 60 to 98 pts.wt polyamide, which contains from 10 to 70 meq/kg terminal carboxyl groups, and has a relative solution viscosity ηrel of at least 1.90, determined according to ISO 307 using 0.5 wt. % solution in m-cresol at 25 °C, and II) from 2 to 40 pts.wt polyamine-polyamide graft copolymer derived from the following monomers: a) from 0.5 to 25 wt. %, in terms of the total mixture of monomers, polyamine with at least 4 nitrogen atoms, and b) from 75 to 99.5 wt. %, in terms of the total mixture of monomers, polyamide-forming monomers selected from lactams, ω-aminocarboxylic acids and / or equimolar combinations of diamine and dicarboxylic acid, provided that the concentration of amino groups of the graft copolymer is in the range from 100 to 2500 meq / kg, and the sum of the pts.wt I) and II) is 100, which is used for contact with the hydrolysing active medium.

EFFECT: invention provides for the creation of a metal pipe with a layer of hydrolysis-resistant polyamide moulding material, which, in contact with a hydrolysing active medium, has a longer service life and improved high temperature tolerance.
