Method of eliminating clogging during block underground leaching of useful components from ores includes the storage of crushed ore mass in the underground chamber, leaching of useful components by feeding the reagent solution into the ore mass until the content of the useful component in productive solutions falls below the technological limit, elimination of colmatation in the ore massif, leaching of the mineral mass, collection of productive solutions, followed by extraction of the useful component from productive solutions. Clogging of the liquidation is carried out by placing in the array of ore during the storage of a system of perforated pipes connected through a pipe with a pneumo-impulse device, with the help of which, while reducing the content of the useful component in the productive solutions below the technological limit, they influence the ore massif with a high-pressure air or water-air jet.
