FIELD: construction.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to construction, specifically to spherical shells. Spherical shell with coating is made by breaking faces in large circles along mid-ribs and faces of regular spherical polyhedron, for example, hexahedron, icosahedron, etc., comprises rods connected in assemblies by means of nodal elements and forming a carcass in the form of an irregular spherical polygon for the enclosing coating device. First cutting of the carcass of the spherical shell is produced by breaking down into spherical elements and figures, for example arches, polygons, triangles, etc., by paired circles of the same radius, which are parallel to the above large circles passing through the centers of adjacent ribs. Second carcass cutting is formed by paired circles of the same radius parallel to the above large circles passing through the middle of the ribs through one rib. Third cutting is formed by paired circles parallel to larger circles passing through vertexes of faces of the corresponding regular spherical polygon.
EFFECT: technical result consists in improvement of operational reliability of structure.
