FIELD: manufacturing technology.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of polymer materials processing and molding, in particular to the polymer pipe jet molding method and device. In the pipe forming process, the molten polymer material performs continuous spiral winding movement and is released by the jet onto the formed pipe under the action of the molten polymer material jet discharge mechanism for fusion with previously applied polymer material and takes shape due to calendering effect, provided by the partial calendering mechanism. Continuous polymer pipe is formed under effect of the pipe shaping and its diameter control auxiliary mechanism and of the path laying rotation mechanism. Polymer pipe jet molding device comprises extruder, the molten polymer material jet release mechanism, the partial calendering and the pipe shaping mechanism and its diameter adjustment mechanism. Said molten polymer material jet release mechanism is arranged at the extruder outlet end and built into the molded pipe billet. Said of partial calendering mechanism and pipe shaping mechanism and its diameter adjustment mechanism are distributed along the pipe billet wall in circumferential direction. Partial calendering mechanism position corresponds to the said molten polymer material jet release mechanism position mechanism, which is located inside the pipe wall, partial calendering mechanism is located outside the pipe wall, and between the partial calendering mechanism and the molten polymer material jet release mechanism a limited space is formed.
EFFECT: invention solves associated with the polymer pipes formation problems, in particular, such as limited sizes, high cost, complexity of technology, high power consumption, unsatisfactory mechanical properties, low efficiency and limited raw material resources.
