FIELD: machine building.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a rotating electrical machine. Proposed device comprises annular stator, inner rotor, outer rotor and toroid coil. Annular stator includes inner teeth protruding radially inward and outer teeth projecting radially outward. Inner rotor faces radially inner side of annular stator. External rotor faces radial outer side of annular stator. Toroidal coils are arranged in every internal slot between any adjacent two of internal teeth and corresponding one external slot between adjacent two of external teeth. Total number of the plurality of outer slits exceeds the total number of the plurality of inner slots. Number of coils arranged in all external slots exceeds or is equal to number of coils arranged in all internal slots.
EFFECT: technical result is improvement of filling factor and reduction of losses in winding.
