FIELD: mining.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to mining industry and specifically to devices for collection of oil-containing vapor-liquid mixture from wells. Oil collection device includes a housing with nozzles for supplying a vapor-liquid mixture and discharging oil-containing liquid. Supply in the form of a cooling water pipe is made in the cavity of the housing formed between the cover and a perforated conical diffuser, equipped with a set of vertical ribs installed along the circle of the central plug of the diffuser. Device is equipped with guide device arranged in housing, consisting of upper conical plate with cutouts on outer diameter with condensate collection tube and lower conical tray fixed in center, connected to each other by an overflow pipe with a drain opening separated from the steam-liquid mixture supply branch pipe by a separating wall installed at a tangent to the overflow pipe. Bypass pipes are installed between upper steam and lower fluid chambers, as well as between upper steam chamber and annular cavity between condensate collection tube and overflow pipe.
EFFECT: increased volumes of hydrocarbon production, normalization of microclimatic parameters of mine atmosphere, reduced content of toxic gases and hydrocarbon vapors in air of drilling galleries, as well as exclusion of manual labor, absence of control systems and systems of shutoff valves, simplified design.
