FIELD: agriculture; machine building.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to agricultural machine building, in particular, to machines for sowing seeds of agricultural crops. Pneumatic sowing apparatus includes a housing, seed and vacuum chambers, a drive shaft, an agitator, an "excess" seeds dropper, a sowing disk with elongated suction holes and a gasket with a shaped cutout. Cutout has maximum radial size in lower part of zone adjacent to seed chamber, which is then reduced in the planned direction of rotation of the sowing disk, taking a minimum value in the zone of the beginning of the action of the "excess" seeds dropper and remaining unchanged in the future. Outer peripheral face of the shaped cutout of the gasket is located from the axis of rotation of the sowing disk at a distance equal to the distance from the axis of rotation of the sowing disk to the extreme peripheral points of the elongated suction holes. At the same time thickness of sowing disk has minimum value, at which its stiffness and flatness are preserved. On the edges of elongated suction holes of the sowing disk facing the seed chamber chamfers are made, the faces of which are located at an angle of not less than 110° and not more than 135° to walls of elongated suction holes. Depth of chamfered cells does not exceed 30 % of average thickness of sown seeds.
EFFECT: invention will make it possible to improve quality of seeds dosing by pneumatic seeder.
