SUBSTANCE: flexible packaging container, first of all, a bag or bag made of plastic film for loose materials, including front and rear walls (2, 3) and receiving space (15) for reserved material made between said walls (2, 3), wherein walls (2, 3) are at least partially made of film material with intermediate space (14) formed by inner layer (4), which is separated from receiving space (15) by means of inner layer (4), and wherein at least through one hole (7) located in inner layer (4) for removal of air from receiving space there can be performed removal of air of receiving space (15) into intermediate space (14) and at least through one another, interrupting transverse seam hole (11) for air removal can remove air from intermediate space (14) from packing container (1), wherein front wall (2) is free from sealing container (1) in perimeter longitudinal seam (12), wherein inner layer (4) is formed by means of strip (4) located on facing to intermediate space (14) of front wall (2) side, which by means of two longitudinal seams passing between upper and lower crosswise seams (5.1, 5.2) is fixed on front wall (2).

EFFECT: flexible packing container is proposed.
