FIELD: aviation.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to aircraft engineering, namely to design of airframe gliders using electric motors as power plant, which operate due to energy received from solar panels stored in accumulator batteries for flight in periods of insufficient illumination. Proposed wing comprises panels of photoelectric converters, power longitudinal set, docking elements with adjacent cantilevers and lining. Photovoltaic converters are integrated into the outer wing skin. Section itself is made in the form of a three-layer sandwich panel in which the upper layer of the composite material and the structural foam plastic act as a dielectric. At that, upper and lower cover of wing are non-rigid for torsion, as a result, wing swirls at action of control actions at maintaining integrity of wing structure.
EFFECT: increased stability during operation.
