FIELD: aviation.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to aircraft engineering, particularly, to aircraft platforms. Lifting platform comprises fuselage with four balancing electric driven screw-type units with variable angle of attack of blades arranged on it on opposite sides of longitudinal axis. Platform comprises several lifting screw-type plants with fixed angle of attack of blades, coil-rope drive and vertical and horizontal axes of rotation of propellers. To drive the lifting screws, a solid-fuel rocket is used, which is attached to the free ends of the ropes.
EFFECT: possibility of takeoff and landing of aircraft without use of aerodromes.
