FIELD: heating.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to heat pump units used for autonomous heating and hot water supply of premises. Said task is solved due to that heating system of apartment house comprises heat pump, as well as an external ground loop connected to the heat pump evaporator with liquid antifreeze in a flat heat exchanger located in the first sealed container located in the ground outside the house, in which the water-ice-water system is located, wherein upper wall of flat heat exchanger is made in form of thin-walled elastic deformable membrane, and at the outlet of flat heat exchanger there is electromagnetic valve for intermittent circulation of antifreeze circulation along external ground contour. In the immediate vicinity of the first container there is additionally a second sealed reservoir with water, and in this reservoir there is a water heater connected to the external energy source, besides, the second reservoir is connected by pipelines to the first reservoir so that a closed loop for water circulation is formed. In the upper part of the first container a perforated partition is installed to ensure uniform distribution of heated water coming from the second reservoir. At the inlet of the evaporator of the heat pump there is additionally a receiver for antifreeze pressure levelling, and on the outer surface of the upper deformed wall of the flat heat exchanger there installed is a sensor of ice layer thickness control.

EFFECT: task of the proposed invention is to increase efficiency of operation of a home heating system based on a heat pump using energy of phase transition of water into ice.
