SUBSTANCE: invention relates to electrical engineering and can be used as synchronous electric generator or motor. Synchronous electric machine contains packages of rotor poles structurally made separately from each other. Each of the sheets of the pole pack consists of several separate curvilinear strips of ferromagnetic material, which arrange the path for closure of the magnetic field line and jumpers made of the same ferromagnetic material connecting the curvilinear strips in their center.

EFFECT: improved energy efficiency and improved weight and dimension characteristics, as well as possibility of making rotor of synchronous electric machine with anisotropic magnetic conductivity of rotor with transverse batching with any required number of pairs of poles.
