SUBSTANCE: invention relates to physiotherapy and can be used in medicine and sports, in health programs as a device that provides correction of the functional state of the musculoskeletal system, the spine in particular, the nervous system with nervous overloads and fatigue. Device for the correction of the musculoskeletal system is made in the form of an elongated triangular-like base, on the working surface thereof from the apex of the triangular-like base and on the side opposite thereto, heights of different widths are made, and between them there is a recess for immersion of the sacrum, thoracic spine, pelvis, knee and skull zones. Along the two lateral sides of the triangular basis there are spikes for reflex-acupuncture effects on bioactive points.
