FIELD: oil and gas industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to oil and gas industry, in particular, to valve industry, and is intended for control of pressure drop and gas flow rate. Device consists of housing with flanges at ends equipped with supply and discharge branch pipes. In throttle channel there is throttling element in the form of truncated body, on submersible surface of which deep groove is made and elastic stocking is installed with formation of annular chamber with housing, hydraulically connected through longitudinal slot on connecting ring and longitudinal groove in nut with cavity of supply branch pipe. Throttling element is equipped with an axial channel, in which there is a throttle bushing with a groove on the outer side, which is connected by a radial hole in the body of the throttling element with a screw groove between two last coils. Throttling bushing is made with axial channel hydraulically connected by bypass hole with groove. In axial channel of throttle sleeve there is a nozzle. Helical groove on the throttling element on each coil has a larger cross-section area than the previous one. When the formation fluid is supplied from the axial channel of the supply pipe, the latter is moved along the helical groove with rotation towards the axial channel of the outlet branch pipe with reduction of pressure in the flow. Part of flow from last helical groove through radial hole in body of throttling element and groove in throttling bushing, connected by bypass hole in its body, with axial channel equipped with nozzle, is supplied to axial channel of discharge branch pipe with alignment of velocity field along entire section. Feeding under excessive pressure of formation fluid into annular chamber facilitates pressing of elastic stocking to conical surface of throttling element, which excludes passage of formation fluid along gap between inner surface of stocking and outer surface of turns of throttling element.
EFFECT: throttling device is proposed.
