METHOD OF PSYCHOTHERAPY OF FEMALE INFERTILITY Russian patent published in 2019 - IPC A61M21/00 

FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, namely to psychotherapy and gynecology, and can be used in therapy of female infertility by means of psychological and physiological effects. That is ensured by hypnosuggestion psychotherapy with a background of a psychopathic state with accompanying verbal inspiration with exposures from the group: light, color and sound. Psychotherapy is conducted in form of 4 psychotherapeutic sessions for 4–5 hours each, alternating with 1–2 days of rest. Each session is formed from a rational, a trivial and a suggestive part and ends with physical relaxation of the patient. At the first session by rational psychotherapy method the target behavior motivations are formed in the patient, which are aimed at comprehension of the psychic reasons of absence of pregnancy. It is followed by suggestive psychotherapy by inducing a mental presentation of positive sensations related to conception. At the second session, subjective negative settings are detected and corrected by rational psychotherapy. Then, in trance state, patients are dominant in possibility to get pregnant, using system structural trace of adaptation to psychoemotional overloads. Suggest positive motivation for motor activity and family-sexual behavior. It involves psychotherapeutic treatment aimed at normalizing functions of the vegetative nervous system, restoring the patient's body's ability to adapt to external psychic and physical factors. At the third session, rational and trance psychotherapeutic exposures are performed, emphasizing the patient's attention on relations with the mother, identifying the psycho-traumatic factors of these relationships-feelings of offense, guilt, vexation, anger towards the mother, by suggestion neutralizing the effect of such factors. At the fourth session positive results of previous sessions are detected and fixed by method of rational psychotherapy. Hypnosuggestion method is followed by fixing a dominant on the possibility of becoming pregnant and giving a stable verbal installation for conception and safe pregnancy.

EFFECT: method provides reduction of available neurotic manifestations in patients, which leads to removal of emotional and physical stress resulting in pregnancy.
