SUBSTANCE: invention relates to methods of hydraulic fracturing of reservoirs for increasing production volumes therefrom. Method of fracturing a subterranean formation comprises injecting a carrier fluid into the formation under pressure sufficient to create a fracture in the formation, pumping a carrier fluid and proppant particles and reinforcing agent granules into the fracture, removing the carrier fluid to form a plurality of proppant clusters, wherein each proppant cluster comprises proppant particles and a reinforcing additive, where the proppant cluster is 50 % more stable compared to the cluster without a reinforcing additive, the size of the reinforcing agent granules ranges from 80 to 100 % of the average proppant particle size.
