FIELD: agriculture; machine building.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the agricultural machine building. Haycock shaper of the combine harvester includes a split body of two parts forming a compaction chamber with a loading opening located at the straw separator outlet. Feeding conveyor is arranged between threshing body and haycock shaker. Unloading mechanism consists of power hydraulic cylinders, rods of which are connected to housing. Parts of the haycock shaker body are made movable in the form of arched shutters articulated with threshing body. Inner surface of the shutters is equipped with a roll density adjustment mechanism made in the form of rubberized spring-loaded rollers. Extreme rollers of the upper and lower shutters near the loading opening rotate from the drive of the hydraulic motor. Subsequent rollers rotate from friction forces occurring between rollers. Press chamber has a pusher for pushing coils out of it.
EFFECT: haycock shaker ensures reduction of roll forming and unloading time.
