FIELD: technological processes.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the technology of polymer materials and relates to a film from thermoplastic resin, a method for production thereof, a fused label, a plastic container with a label and a method for production thereof. Film contains at least a bearing layer containing a thermoplastic resin, and a heat-sealable layer containing a thermoplastic resin; wherein the melting point of the thermoplastic resin contained in the heat sealing layer is lower than the melting point of the thermoplastic resin of the bearing layer; depth of core profile Rk of heat-sealable layer surface ranges from 1.2 to 9.0 mcm; and Rzjis / Rk ratio of height of profile irregularities by ten points Rzjis and depth of profile core Rk of heat-sealable layer surface is from 2.0 to 9.0. Method includes steps of: forming a film from a composition of a resin bearing layer comprising a thermoplastic resin and an inorganic finely ground powder; forming a first layer of resin on film, comprising a thermoplastic resin and inorganic finely ground powder; forming, on a resin first layer, a second resin layer comprising a thermoplastic resin; and a stretching step of laminated material comprising a film, a first resin layer and a second resin layer at least in one axis direction; wherein the thermoplastic resin contained in the first resin layer is a thermoplastic resin with a melting point equal to or lower than the melting point of the thermoplastic resin contained in the resin-based bearing layer composition; and the thermoplastic resin contained in the second resin layer is a thermoplastic resin with a melting point lower than the melting point of the thermoplastic resin contained in the resin-based bearing layer composition.

EFFECT: invention enables to produce a fused label with the possibility of printing on the front surface of images and symbols, and high-strength adhesion with a molding resin used in the fusion of the labels, with simultaneous suppression of the formation of blisters, as well as a plastic container with a fused therein.
