FIELD: means of protection.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to equipment for perimeter protection of objects. Result is achieved due to design of sensitive element and use of at least two groups of sensitive elements (SE), which form respectively two capacitor plates, capacitance of which is measured and controlled by detector circuit. Detecting means comprises at least two capacitive-type sensitive elements connected to the detection device circuit, insulators, wherein each sensitive element is made of a conductive material in form of a rod mounted on an insulator mounted on a barrier support, or from a conductive material in the form of a casing with a cone-shaped upper part and a cylindrical lower part, closing the insulator, wherein each insulator is closed by a casing, and sensitive elements are connected to the detection circuit by means of two electric buses, at the same time at least two sensitive elements form respectively two capacitor plates connected to the first and the second electric buses respectively.
EFFECT: technical result consists in improvement of operational reliability in conditions of influence of atmospheric precipitation with snow.
