FIELD: valve industry.

SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to butterfly valves. Valve comprises: a valve body having a fluid passageway extending therethrough; valve seat located in valve body; disc located in channel for fluid body fluid flow. Disk is rotatable between a first position and a second position about an axis substantially perpendicular to the longitudinal axis of the disc, note here that said disc can be moved between second position and third position in direction substantially parallel to disk lengthwise axis. Valve comprises actuating assembly operatively connected to disc and comprising piston, a piston shaft passing inside the channel for fluid body fluid flow, and a spring element functionally connected to the shaft and the disc. Spring element exerts a biasing force on the disc in the direction from the valve seat and, in fact, parallel to the longitudinal axis of the disc. Actuation assembly further comprises an auxiliary cam connected to the shaft, wherein the auxiliary cam is configured to abut the disc surface located on the side of the disc opposite to the valve seat when the disc is in the third position. Cam can position the disc in tight engagement with the valve seat when the disc is in the third position. Such a valve can be built into the pipeline for the fluid medium of the fluid system.

EFFECT: higher wear resistance.
