FIELD: turbines or turbomachines.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to recovery method of hydraulic turbine operation. Method comprises controlling gaps in circumferential direction between blades of impeller and impeller chamber, between active iron of stator core and poles of rotor of main generator, between shaft lining and segments of upper and lower guide bearings, deviation from horizontal plane of lower and upper rings of guide vanes is controlled, value of deviation of shaft from its vertical position and value of fracture of gross line in flange connections are determined. Impeller housing position is controlled along upper flange to determine the degree of slope from horizontal plane. Rotating parts are centred in plan and height relative to fixed parts. Measures are taken to re-centre the stator in plan and height by aligning the stator magnetic axis with the magnetic axis of the rotor. Units and parts are removed by fixing the position of each part in plan and height. On the stator upper flange a process bridge is installed, position of the new axis of the hydraulic unit is fixed and fixed on two basic parts. Repair and restoration works are performed taking into account new hydraulic unit axis.
EFFECT: invention is aimed at restoration of operability in the shortest period of time.
