SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a capsule for use in hair treatment containing a water-soluble fibrous material of walls, which determines a first inner volume of the capsule, wherein the water-soluble fibrous material of the walls comprises filaments, wherein at least one of the filaments contains a polymer which forms filaments, wherein said filament-forming polymer includes a hydroxyl polymer, wherein one or more active agents are present in and can be released from said at least one filament when the capsule is exposed to the target use conditions, wherein said at least one or more active agent which is present in and can be released from said at least one filament is selected from a group consisting of surfactants, coloring agents, effervescent agents, shampooing agents, hair coloring agents, hair conditioning agents and mixtures thereof, the capsule further comprising an active agent in a first inner volume of the capsule, wherein capsule further comprises discrete inner capsule present in inner volume, wherein inner capsule comprises material of capsule walls, which determines second inner volume, wherein said material of inner capsule walls includes fibrous material of walls and / or film material of walls, besides, second inner volume contains active agent.

EFFECT: technical result is fast release of contents of capsule under conditions of target use, providing release of aromas during storage and use of capsules.
