SUBSTANCE: invention proposes an embossed sheet from thermoplastic resin, which enables to increase deaeration during production of laminated glass and suppress optical distortion obtained as a result of laminated glass in order to improve visibility, when used as inter-sheet film for laminated glass. Present invention also relates to an engraved roll used to produce an embossed sheet from a thermoplastic resin, to a method of making an etched engraved roller, to an interlayer film for laminated glass, comprising an embossed sheet of thermoplastic resin, and to a laminated glass.

EFFECT: present invention relates to an embossed sheet of thermoplastic resin, having a plurality of recesses and a plurality of protrusions on at least one surface, each of recesses has the shape of groove with continuous bottom and they are arranged regularly side by side in parallel to each other, sheet from thermoplastic resin has not more than three defects of ledges per mm² on surface.
