FIELD: metallurgy.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to metal forming and can be used for drawing of cylindrical shells from sheet metals with plane anisotropy of mechanical properties. Device for drawing of cylindrical shells from sheet metals has a puncheon-matrix with an output section and a ring with a lead-in section, working surfaces of cavities of which are conjugated, wherein ring opening surface with lead-in section is made with variable radius of exhaust edges along perimeter.
EFFECT: higher quality of shells due to elimination of festoon formation during drawing.
