SUBSTANCE: invention relates to attachment of oil and gas wells, namely to reagents used as accelerator and/or retarder in preparation of cement solution used during casing string attachment to well walls, as well as during well repair. Compound reagent for grouting mortar contains 0.1–5.0 wt. % of aqueous solution of calcium nitrate, 0.1–0.3 wt. % of superplasticizer based on sulphon reagent, or formaldehyde, or melamine-formaldehyde resin, 0.02–0.05 wt. % Corilat reagent, water - the rest.

EFFECT: high quality of fixing oil, gas and other wells by improving the rheological characteristics of the cement slurry, increasing the compression strength and improving the insulating capacity of the backfilling system.
