FIELD: machine building.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to intra-branch transport and is intended mainly for FPS (flexible production systems), including those located in explosion-fire hazardous premises. Automated transport system comprises running track (1) and moving idle trolley, pushers-catchers moving along guides by means of pneumatic cylinders. Control mechanisms of pushers-catchers are installed under guides. Pushers-catchers are installed in zones of cargo grip and contain two controlled thrusts, which represent slip hook. Proposed trolley comprises tie rod actuated by control mechanisms to engage with thrusters of pushers-catchers during acceleration or deceleration of trolley and to disengage therewith at acceleration end. Two-position transloading device (9) and three-position storage reloaders (10) are installed in load gripping zones.
EFFECT: invention provides increased efficiency of transport system, possibility of its application in explosion-hazardous premises, reduced capital and operating costs.
