FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medical equipment. Device for diagnosing postural disorders comprises stabilometric platform (1) and sensors of angular velocities and linear accelerations. Stabilometric platform is installed on six-component rod tensometric scales (2). Angular velocity sensors (7) and linear accelerations (6) are fixed on patient's body (5). Signals from scales and sensors are connected to inputs of controller (4). Controller output is connected to computer (8). Computer is equipped with a software product which enables simultaneous recording of all signals from scales and sensors and processes said signals. Deflections of compensating forces and moments are determined from gravitational forces and moments caused by oscillations of center of mass relative to pressure center due to preliminary calibration of six-component stiffness α1 elastic postural system. Patient is suggested to alternately move in one of the three planes, which changes the force or moment measured by the rod scales only in one of the three axes. Deviations are determined according to formulas.
EFFECT: higher informativity about postural violations due to expansion of frequency range of device signals of postural system, as well as due to separation of signals into six components.
