FIELD: calculating; counting.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to computer engineering and can be used in digital signal processing for converting voltage to digital binary code. Device comprises an n-bit binary adder counter; n-bit parallel digital-to-analogue converter; comparator; clock pulse generator; trigger of counting start; two-input count pulses conjunctor; trigger for setting a high-order n-bit parallel digital-to-analogue converter; delay line; two-input conjunctor for control of trigger of n-bit parallel digital-to-analogue converter and two-input disjunctor.
EFFECT: technical result, achieved when implementing the claimed invention, is faster operation of digital devices for processing signals which vary in time.
