SUBSTANCE: method uses a mold having a cavity with a porous surface, a water-soluble first web carried on a mold for forming a compartment by applying a first pressure difference to the web, when this web has maximum temperature, and subsequent application to web of second pressure difference, which is greater than or equal to first pressure difference. Then, the base treatment means is placed on the first web and the water-soluble second web. Closed bag having a chamber containing a base treatment means is obtained by fixing the first and second webs to each other, and the first pressure difference is created at 1–9 kPa (10–90 mbar) below atmospheric pressure, the second pressure difference is lower than atmospheric pressure at 15–26 kPa (150–260 mbar).

EFFECT: invention improves the quality and reliability of the bag.
