FIELD: package and storage.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to packing equipment and can be used for packing of loose products in chemical and food industry. Device for fabrication, filling and sealing of packages of heat-sealable film comprises frame 1, on which roll holder 2, guide rollers 5…10, hose former 4, pipe for feeding product into hose 12, device for forming longitudinal and transverse seams 15 and 16 respectively, and a mechanism for drawing sleeve 13 with drive 14, a film supply device includes pivot lever 17 with roller 18, wherein at least two guide rollers 7 and 8 each are equipped with controlled brake 25 and 26 respectively and are installed so that at the moment of braking the controlled brake touches directly the surface of the guide roller, wherein controlled brakes 25 and 26 are connected to a mechanism for controlling the length of hose 24, besides, pivot lever 17 is connected to the linear one-way actuator 19 equipped with sensors 20 and 21 of its extreme positions, connected to switch 22 of brake 23 of roll holder 2.
EFFECT: disclosed is a device for manufacturing, filling and sealing packages of heat-sealable film.
