FIELD: technological processes.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to off-gas cleaning technology in chemical, metallurgical and construction industries. Method involves cleaning gases from chlorine with a suspension and further processing the spent suspension into a commercial product. When pyrolysis and flue gases are purified from chlorine and hydrogen chloride, they are pre-cooled to 130–140 °C in a gas collector by spraying heated to 90–95 °C dolomite suspension. Then it is circulated in scrubber with spraying of dolomite suspension at temperature 120–130 °C to contents of magnesium chloride 42–44 wt%. At subsequent withdrawal of suspension from turnover it is subjected to vacuum evaporation at temperature of 120–130 °C, crystalline hydrates of magnesium chloride are separated by a centrifuge. Simultaneously, it is dried at temperature of 100–110 °C and milled to 10–15 mcm in a combined drier of "boiling bed", obtaining bischofite commodity product. Centrifuge separated filtrate is simultaneously dried in combined drier of "boiling bed" at temperature of 110–120 °C to content of calcium chloride in it 55–56 wt% and milled to particle size of 10–15 mcm to obtain commercial product of crystalline calcium chloride hydrate.

EFFECT: higher quality of goods, reduced production wastes, which improves environmental conditions of environment.
